    I love Tom’s! It’s in the Barnard/Columbia neighborhood, where I spent my undergrad years. My favorite item there is the “Broadway Shake”, which is a chocolate-coffee milkshake. Not always on the menu, but they’ll always make it if you ask for it.

    I read the sign straight down which ended up being “Get G With God” which made me think it was a new-age gangster hideout. Took me a while to get back on track with my day after that.

    On a side-note, I’ve never seen Seymour not smile in a photo. This is a first. I must assume there is some seriously distracting scene going on to the left.

    I love these! On your next trip, how about taking in the beautiful Heather Garden in Ft. Tryon Park (and maybe even the Cloisters) in Washington Heights? You won’t believe the view across the Hudson!
